Oh, it happens to all of us once in a while. We know our dckids best and what works to get their attention. Sometimes a loud stern voice is necessary and if more parents used a stern voice maybe there would be less work for us to do! However, I always keep my doors locked and I like to know when my dc parents are arriving so that all is as well as can be, I see your point. If I'm talking in my 1/2 bath or dining room and a parent is at the door I'm sure they would be able to hear me and sometimes I'm freaking out a little when children are misbehaving at lunch and then I think about someone listening outside the door, oy!

It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
