Good decision Mum2Boo ! Is this your first year ? I see you just joined in January ?! when we start out we want to be so nice and so flexible for parents, when in fact they should adjust to us. Dont get me wrong, I have regular opening hours just like the other providers in my area. I wont do more for the parents, most of all my interviews could manage just fine. One or two wont work and then its next... thats the way it is. You are not a babysitter or a nanny, seems like thats what they need.
No contract is a death sentence. Parents are abusers and with no contract, give them the door open to do whatever they want, and they will !!!

They follow everything in the contract & my policy documents, pay late payments fees & pay when they choose not to send their child. On this I am very very lucky
