Thanks ladies! So interview 1 went really well, I know they liked me, the program and my kids and their daughter connected with me. It all comes down to how the other 5 interviews they are going on compare I guess. I like them though and they live the next street over so it would be convenient for them. They want full-time.

Interview 2- nice mother, got a developmental delay vibe from the little boy. Not sure about this one. It can be hard to judge after one quick visit. His language is delayed for sure and mom was not very authoritative. She told him continually to come, when they were going and he ignored her. I "invited her" to go and grab him (instead of continuing this 15 min show). Not as sure about this one and she mentioned another interview she went on with an opening time of 7 am and that appealed to her. I might be hoping she decides on the other one so I don't have to make a decision. Only part-time too.
