Oh dear, my dckids won't touch kale chips or omelettes although I like both of those things. I've been making kale chips for a couple of years. They are addictive. My dckids only eat basic cooking, meat, veggies, fruit, they don't like to venture out to anything out of the ordinary which sucks!
