Do you ever go to local playgroups? Do you go to local parks? I find that word of mouth is the best advertising out there for childcare :-) Sometimes you have to put yourself out there. Tell people and new mom's what your plans are. I have never done any advertising and am always full. But I go to playgroups and parks all the time. New mom's see me in action and are always asking about open spots.........my advice would be to get out there and start talking!
