I know! I feel the same! She has already paid...she signed contract renewal over three months ago where all these days are clearly listed (I was closed last year as well and her child was with me then too, so she knew then)...now all of a sudden it is confusing! I just want to make sure I avoid this happening in the future, so want to make sure my wording in my contract is as clear as possible to avoid ANY possibility for confusion!

The initial "not knowing" about you being closed I can forgive - many places are open on Easter Monday - but once you point out that you're closed and payment is expected she should just "shut up and pay up" to use the expression.
