    My illness policy states that "discharge from the eyes or ears is not permitted" I think orange stuff oozing out of her ear counts. There are evening walk-in Clinics in your area ... No? I would tell them she needs to see a dr because her screaming is uncharacteristic .... Is she not screaming at home??
