Unbelievable. Crazy that a parent would let their child suffer like that! she should not be coming back today, and I would request that the doctor put it in WRITING that she is ok, as I would not trust the parents at this point. You need to cover yourself in case something bad happened...what if there was hearing loss or something severe down the road and they ask you what you did about it? Get a doctor's NOTE.

She has just returned from the doctors. I didn't even think to ask for a note! Shoot! Doctor says its just wax build up and she is fine. All clear. Mom thinks the screaming is behavioral, dcg is just testing our limits, says she is going to look into it this weekend. So now that an ear infection or ruptured ear drum has been "ruled out" I'm back to square one with the screaming. Ahhhhhhh!

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
