    is he braking the toys on purpose? if so then you might want to add this to your contract (its in mine)
    We agree to paying 100% of replacement cost for any damages that may occur do to intentionally damage of my property through destructive behaviour, roughness or due to a breach of one or more of my policies listed in this agreement or on the daycare website; xxxxxxx.com. And the reimbursement will be paid within a reasonable time frame.
    if the toys are being broken by accident them this will not apply. So far the toys I have had broken are by accident. Some toys just are not made well. But if the child does brake a toy on purpose (being too rough after being told to calm down) this will come into effect.

    This will also help get the parents on board with teaching their child to be more careful.

    Sometimes the parents need to be punished before they are willing to listen to you and help out.
