Put up your ad in the local schools or ask the office staff to put it on their teacher website/ news letter and don't forget the high schools too. A lot of teachers will snap you up if they don't have to pay for the breaks but how will you know if they are coming back in the fall ? Will you ask for a two week deposit to hold their spot in sept?
