    Congrats! That is great! As Cfred mentioned, make sure you keep a list of interested parents to draw from later if you need it. I always put them on my list with all the details I know about them (when they need care for, age of child, etc). I am not sure I would actually interview them since even in Cfred's situation, if she had interviewed other people, they still would have found other care by now. I used to interview interested families even when I was full, but now I just add them to my call-back list.
