Isn't it wonderful when you realize how peaceful it is when you have a good group in care without the screamers or children with bad behaviour that can't be corrected? It's difficult to terminate and sad for our bank accounts when we lose a child unexpectedly and we all hate interviewing and transitioning again, but it's worth it in the end to find the right families.
