They were all fantastic about him taking over, they all texted all day/night to make sure she was ok and are even ok with my hubby watching their little ones tomorrow for me to take her to a specialist appt. I can't tell you how much it means to have good families on board and supportive families! This is the first time in a long long time that I have had such wonderful families. Their children are all awesome too. I'm once again enjoying my job and the interaction with both the families and their children
Oh dear, how frightening! I hope your daughter is fine and they changed the anitibiotics for her. Hugs.

Wow what a scare that would be. Hope she is suffering no side effects from the medicine and that they found something that will work.

Your new dcb is gone?! So sorry things didn't work out, but you are probably better off without them if that is how they operate! I hope you find a great new family soon!

The children laughed and laughed all day even though we were stuck inside due to freezing weather but we made our butterfly crafts, danced and played and then they slept 2 1/2 hours which was great. We're going outside for the next two days because it's supposed to warm up a little - Thank Goodness! So even though there are some bad things happening in my life I'm trying to see the positive side.

Ladies, I just wanted to cheer you up and give you hope. I have been feeling down in the dumps for awhile, but today the weather is beautiful and we got out for a nice walk in the morning (my backyard is all ice like a skating rink still...so thought it wouldn't be a good idea). It was great! I feel sooooo much better already having had that exercise, fresh air and sunshine Spring IS coming....hang in there everyone!

Yes, I was blown away to say the least because I grilled these people for 3 interview meetings to be sure they were a fantastic family and I took them on to replace the family I had to terminate. I TOLD them I didn't want another family slipping by me like that and was honest with them from the first minute. There is NEVER a guarantee for us, sadly. We are at the mercy of the families no matter if we have been in business a month or 10 years. The best we can do is enforce our contracts and hope that we are working with the best families possible who are honest and value us. We deserve respect! We work hard and I think shaping the lives of little people is a very important job.

Today I'm grateful for sunshine. We spent the entire morning at the park then my little ones slept great this afternoon. That's a great day!

I did the exact same thing this AM. TI can't wait to get my routine walks back. My backyard is so bad. We played in me driveway. No worries I am very very far from the road.
