    Long pick ups

I have a dcm who picks up her child everyday and knows that I not only have my own 2 kids but have dck that are still there when she comes and she just prolongs the pick up by chatting and watching her child act up in front of both her and I. Its almost like she doesnt want to take him home and play. You can tell that he is king of the house and controls the parents so maybe he is a handful but thats not my problem. He runs away while she watches me chase him over and over. I make an effort to grab him and hand him right over to her so she puts on his gear and leaves but she just lets him go so he can run away again. Arghh so annoying as she can hear the other dck getting rowdy while I'm not there. With my setup I cannot put up any gates or anything as we use my lower level for dc and parents pickup on the main level. Any suggestions to get her to take her kid and run without being rude.

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
