Wow, 3 of my 5 kids are at least 10hrs/day 7am-5pm and 1 is 6:30am-5:15pm so almost 11hrs. They all commute which is why their day is so long. I have only 1 that is local and she is 7-3:30, but I think thats just the way it is, we live in Oshawa, about an hr commute (more with traffic) into Toronto. I just assumed this was the way, that it was unusual to have a child for only 8hrs/day... so I never thought to charge them any different....
