I have gone back and forth about late fees....currently I don't have them. I may add them into my contract when I do renewals in September. I have only had one parent ever be extremely late, and there were a lot of other issues involved there as well that resulted in me terminating. I completely understand those that have and enforce them, I have been lucky in my daycare history so far....now, late payment? whole other story! lol
