    I feel like garbage

I have the craziest headache and I feel super nauseous. Both my girls and all my dck are sick with runny noses and are generally crabby (but not sick enough to send home). I went to bed last night at 9 in hopes of waking up renewed. Argh, is it 5:30 yet?

Hope naptime is a peaceful one for you...feet up with a nice tea. Feel better!
    Children are great imitators.
So give them something great to imitate.

Hope you feel better soon. Have a cup of hot water with honey and some ginger in it. Helps with the nausea. Hope fully another early night will have you better in the morning.

Oh no. It is a reallt tough job to be 'on' when you are not feeling 100%. I hope one more night of good sleep will do it for you.

I was bracing myself for this week because the temperature went from +20 to -2 within a day of each other last week. I figured that most kids would end up sick this week and the runny noses are definitely a-running and leaking everywhere.

Try to have some tea with organic raw honey, plenty of rest and vitamin C or orange juice.

Oh, I hope you feel better quickly. I have run the daycare feeling like that before too, a couple of times without a voice, as long as I'm not vomitting, but it's so very difficult. Take care.
