Mon - Chicken and broccoli casserole / Brown rice
Tue - Whole wheat grilled cheese sandwich / Homemade kale chips
Wed - Beans, brown rice and veggies casserole / Quinoa crackers
Thu - Spinach breaded tofu / Couscous / Steamed beets
Fri - Edamame and ham quesadilla / Cucumber
