The allergy isn't really severe in this one so while she can't eat an actual egg she can eat it in baked goods so muffins and such is still ok. But until we knew that I used my bread maker to make bread instead of things like tea biscuits as the bread doesn't need an egg. Mostly as I said meals are fingerfoods and plain so I use frozen mixed veggies - already chopped and ready to go and a mix so I don't have to remember who likes what. Pasta of any kind although be careful of some of the broad type noodles as some contain egg or egg yolk. Things like breaded meats chicken and fish will likely contain egg.

When I had a child that was severely allergic to eggs I used a lot of sites online for a vegan lifestyle since they don't use dairy or eggs -she was allergic to both so it worked well. I'm sure the websites have expanded a lot now with more variety so certainly worth checking out.
