I have a friend who works for a lawyer and if I were in your shoes I would be asking my friend to write a letter for me on the lawyer's letterhead warning the woman about slander and libel, just to scare the bejeebus out of her and hopefully smarten her up. Yep, I agree. I had a similar situation recently and I am currently in the process of suing a dcparent. Parents do not get to go out in the world and say untrue things about our daycares and get away with it.
