    Letter of Termination Notice

Does anyone have a template for a notice of termination of a contract...I need some help with one- just so I have on hand when/if it comes up.

    Thank you!

I'm not sure why you are terming or if you have taken a deposit but here's something

    Dear parents

After much reflection i have decided that due to a general air of disrespect towards myself and my business that I will no longer be providing care for xxxxx. Your two week deposit that you provided me with at the beginning of care will be applied to your last two weeks of care. The last day for available care will be May xx 2013. I wish you all the best in the future.

    Regards , daycare 123
