So I had a part time girl (two days a week) leave at the end of April as her mom went on mat leave, I had found someone to replace her but the new boy isn't going to work out and I have given notice.
I have been advertising for one spot since January. The interviews go well, but then nothing. In the last two months I haven't got a hit. When does the daycare scene usually pick up again?
