I have two 1 year olds that I put down for a morning nap as soon as they get here...around 8 or 8:30ish. They are both crank pots if I try and make them wait until afternoon nap....which I do early (12:30pm every day).
My daughter is 15 months and I am just fading out her morning nap...some days are super hard around that 10ish mark but this is when we go outside or for a walk and she is distracted enough but I usually have to put her down around 12ish and the rest of the crew around 12:30! Good luck!!
