LIke the others said, I would get her having a morning nap at around 8:30 so that she is up by the time you want to go outside. She will get used to it. I would just let her sleep for 30-40 minutes so it doesn't mess up her afternoon nap. Overtied babies are no fun

What time is drop off and pick up?

I have all early arrivals between 6:45-7:30 so they are all woken up before 6am and still need a morning nap.
I agree with the others, try an early morning nap for 30-45 mins OR move up the afternoon nap. The defiance and acting out is definitely from fatigue.
    Good luck!

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
