    I have other problems. The minute I tell them I have a contract i get silence on the phone so I know they aint a good fit.

    I had a call once and all the dad said is whats your address, I need you to watch him starting tomorrow. Sorry guy, it don't work that way!

    That scares me. Any sane parent would want to meet and get a feel for the person who will be caring for their child well before care would be scheduled to start.
