Having a good day here except for the fact that I have hit an invisible wall of tiredness that won't go away! This weather is killing me.

I finally got mine all down. Had one of the kids throw up just as I was putting them up to the table for lunch so luckily plates were already loaded so I could pass out to everyone else and get them started before dealing with sick kid. Didn't know what else to do so put her up to the other side of the table, lined a tray with paper towels and gave her a glass of water while calling parent She is now gone but it all messed with the day.

I was supposed to be getting ready for an interview tomorrow for a child that just needs temporary care and would use from the time my one leaving for school goes end of June till early Fall. Really do not feel like getting ready for an interview now. At least it isn't till 10 am tomorrow.

The kids have all been tired and grumpy all week. Took basically till yesterday for them to catch up on lost sleep and be willing to do anything The weather sure has not helped at all.

I have an interview tonight at 5, I suppose I should be thankful for my slow day. I've been able to tidy up the house a bit, and since the babies don't tend to pull out as many toys, clean up was a breeze today!

Playfelt...thanks for sharing...I now feel better about my week! I feel like all week the kids have been getting more and more testy and I thought I had such a good group! I had one gone for a week and a half and now that he is back, the dynamic is different. He is really sweet and a good little guy, but is testing limits (he's 19 months) and the others are following suit. The stereo shrieking is probably the worst. I have started covering their mouths with my hand when they do it...still haven't found a solution to the shrieking

We had a visit from the cranky's this morning. My normally sweet kids were little hellions. They all have a cough, look dead tired and can tolerate very little. I pushed everything back an hour so they were in bed earlier and they slept for their regular time. Nice break in the afternoon, but I earned it in with the morning miserables

We were all out at the park all morning and wow was it cold! We stayed inside one morning this week for crafting and that's always my long morning of the week. Otherwise, we're out and travelling and it really solves my problems, no bad behaviour because we are too busy.

It's been raining all week here (with thunder storms thrown in as well)...otherwise we normally spend all morning outside as well...I think that's why they were so testy by Friday!

Oh yes, that will do it Sunnydays. When we are housebound for an entire week I'm crankier than the children. Hope it's all sun all the time for you next week.
