Angry Final Straw.. I Think So!!! VENT!!!

So I have posited on here quite about about various issues with one of my DCB..

I was going to be talking to DCM about care else where for her boys as its just not working for me any more ...

But after this mornings incident I will be having words tonight I think!!

This morning didn't start well either

Mom was ten minutes early and dropped the boys off, ( said theyd been fed breakfast)when she comes in DCB ( that I'm having issues with) starts whining that he's still hungry, mom tells him to stop but he's still whining as she takes off..

So I get the boys to go downstairs and watch cartoons/play until we drop him off at the bus.. While I'm looking up lunch ideas on the comp I overhear and see
Daycare boy take my sons sucky and waving it out of his reach saying no suck y for you while my kid is trying to get it then canoe over and say you need to give son his sucky back, looks at me and throws it across the room.. All this before 8 am this morning!!! Needless to say he say on the stairs until we left..

In which that time I caught him almost trying to pinch my son also cause he walked over there..

This boy has done lots of pinching, hitting ect to my child and his brother not to mention lying and being sneaky .. I'm just done.. I decided to do this so my child has playmates and because I do live kids but I won't be able to watch this young boy any longer now! My sons feelings matter way more to me then a paycheck!!

Just hope mom doesn't take the news to badly

I would give the notice tonight for sure. Why should other kids get bullied by this child, let alone yours?! Sorry that you're going through this.

What a pain in the butt. TERM!

Who cares if the mom takes it badly! Her kid is a bully and any behavior like that should get his butt termed IMMEDIATELY!

NO WAY would I have even allowed him to stay. First time he tried to pinch my child (or ANY other child) and I would have called the DCM for immediate pick up and then termed right then and there.

they have outstayed their welcome. I would definitely terminate. I have it in my policy book that bullying will not be excused or tolerated for the safety and well being of the other children.

You don't need that. Simply not worth what we are paid!

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
