Can I Whine about my Monday?

It started at 2am. My 5 1/2 yo daughter peed her bed. There's not plastic on it...she hasn't peed her bed for over 3 years. So, I was up in the middle of the night cleaning her mattress, her and getting her set up on a daycare mattress for the rest of the night. So, of course couldn't get back to sleep. So, of course I'm tired and cranky today. DCbaby arrives as I'm doing breakfast, packing up my kids lunches and arrives with a full poopy diaper. My daughter then cries while getting ready that she doesn't want to go to school. Cries at the bus stop. Cries getting on the bus. Then I hardly begin my day when I get a surprise inspection for the coordinating office (a Quebec thing) Get through that to get a call from my daughter that she's not well at school. Yeah right. Send her back to class, but am upset for her of course. Get through a little more of the morning. Get lunch overway. Another call from school. My son had an accident and has a huge egg on head and won't stop crying. Soooo....find a neighbour to watch dcks while I go get him. Do I deserve a little whine?!?! Can't wait for today to be over and get through the rest of this SHORT WEEK!

Seriously you have my complete sympathy. Sometimes there are days where everything goes wrong. I hope your son is o.k. Watch him for signs of concussion. Sounds like everyone needs an early night tonight. I hope you have a good rest and know tomorrow will be better.

its Monday, that's enough reason to whine. So tonight after the kids are gone sit down and have as much wine as you like lol

My day is not going so great either, so hang in their it will be over for the both of us soon.

Yes thanks! Things seem to be back to normal today. Phew!
