    Foster children count under ratio?

I have a neighbor who has been a foster parent for years and has recently been doing parent relief for 2 little ones (both age 2). This morning she popped over for a visit with them while we were all outside playing and it concerned me if this would be considered over ratio or would the foster children be considered within the 'own children' spectrum?
    Children are great imitators.
So give them something great to imitate.

I was wondering how it works too. I was thinking about being a foster parent in a few years from now, but was uncertain how fostering and daycare would go together.

I would ask your insurance company as they would be the ones to deny your claim if something happened!
