Early Drop off's and Late Pick ups

I have a family who routinely shows up 10-15 min late. After a huge deal on Tue where the dad and I exchanged curt text messages, I had to write a letter today enforcing the steep $3 a minute late fees (that they agreed to in our signed contract) from hereon in. I just can't deal with it. I have obligations. Even if I didn't, my time is not less valuable than theirs. I close at 5:30, not 5:38 or 5:44. You know??
