    Question re policies and contracts

Do specific policies need to be written into the contact agreement itself to be legally binding if contract states that the policies have been read and understood and contract is signed and dated by parents?

Unless you have things in writing it becomes a he said/she said and both of you will lose in any disagreement. ie the contract can only be enforced if it says what is expected.

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
