    That will depend on how your contract is written. Generally yes the stats are still paid days but at the same time if you give your cients days they don't pay full fees for during vacation time it won't count as one of their days.

    You do it however you want, but put it in your contract and have the parents sign it. I some providers charge for stats, others don't (I don't). Some providers charge for families' vacation times, some don't. I give a certain number off days unpaid each year, and when they are used up they must pay for any additional missed days.
    Decide what works best for you and then go from there.
