    Thanks everyone for your advice!

    Based on the general consensus I'm going to try and swing it with the group I have. All but one are really good....I'm likely going to have to get rid of the one who cries every time I leave the room our leave his site, because that just not going to work with a newborn....many many thanks for the useful advice from everyone
