It's funny you said that because I found when I first started that that seemed to be everyone's solution. I have found though that people are being more creative and in depth in their suggestions and there were times I thought I would terminate but based on the suggestions I hung on longer to make it work. I ended up terminating one family but I tried really hard at finding a solution first and I think they appreciated that.
