Hi and welcome! I am in the GTA and opened in May. I only wanted to fill 3 spaces and started advertising in January. Filled them by the end of Jan, but not with the first applicants. Never forget that this is your home and business and you should find the best fit! Waiting for a great family will be better than earning money sooner in the long run!
