No fenced play area??? I'm not sure that's a great idea. Regardless of what others have done, are you sure you want that kind of responsibility and liability potential? I wouldn't even consider not having a fenced area with the numbers you're looking at. Any daycare I've seen or worked in has always had a fenced play area for each age group. I can't imagine how these other places are getting away with that. Nope....put up a fence.....jmo.
