We're usually coming here with issues or looking for advice or to vent but I just want to have a happy moment!
I have awesome daycare families.
This morning one of my little dcb's showed up with a jar of homemade pear jam with a sweet card thanking me for being accommodating with their difficult schedule. Appreciation!! It feels so wonderful!
Also, I've had TWO pregnant women come to me this week from referrals looking for spaces for 2015! I explained it's too soon to know quite yet, and one of them offered to give me a deposit cheque right then and there anyways! It just feels good to be appreciated for the hard work I do, because some days I tell ya!

Appreciation........ ...you can just feel it flow through your veins when you receive it. It is the Daycare Drug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and aspirin) LOL
