Um, do these same dcparents you speak of go to their dentist and tell their dentist how they will run their business? Do they go to their hairdresser and tell them how to run their business? Do they go to Walmart and tell them how to run their business?

What makes YOUR business any different?? It's quite simple - daycare is a SERVICE. And, just like any service if you don't like the terms then you move on to the NEXT service you do agree with.
Good Lord......these parents are smoking crack, if you ask me. I would NEVER even consider a parent who was so condescending toward me and my business. HUGE RED FLAGS.
They officially get a .................... ...NEXT!
So, the short answer is...YES, YOU get to set your policies and rules.
YOUR BUSINESS - YOUR RULES!
