Am I supposed to believe that??

Yesterday I noticed that my one dcb's voice was getting raspy and that he was crankier than normal. I mentioned to my husband that I thought he was getting sick. So he comes today, and he's raspy and coughing, sneezing, but no fever. He's super cranky today, too. I put everyone down for nap, (he's a pretty good napper), and he wakes maybe 35 minutes into nap time SCREAMING inconsolably. He's been screaming ever since. I call Mom, and she seems shocked and when I asked if she noticed if he seemed off at all today, (I noticed yesterday!), she says "No! He seemed fine to me!". I'm not happy because I can't believe that a parent doesn't know when their own child is ill. Now I have EVERYONE awake and crying.
