Yes, it is inconsiderate for them to doubt your abilities, especially when their child has been in your care for a while now. It is too bad they couldn't leave on a happy note. Are they attempting to leave earlier and not want to pay since your daycare is now offering something "they didn't sign up for"
I would just adopt a "who cares" attitude with them as they are working themselves up over nothing. I wouldn't even justify yourself to them. Let centre care have them.
