    Daycare cubby/armoire style?

At my daycare entrance (also my home's front entrance); I currently have an area set aside for just daycare arrivals/departures. However, it's taking up space. My dream is to have daycare cubbies (locker style/5 spots) in wood with doors that close when not in use. Has anyone seen this type of thing anywhere?

If you are close to GTA, I've seen them a couple of them in Kijiji and Craigslist for a fraction of the price during the weekend...Too bad I don't have space for them. I use my entrance closet for that.

I use a wardrobe style cupboard from home depot so nothing fancy as in not real wood but does have doors. I have plastic bins from dollar store inside for each one's cubbie and a bench style seat with hooks above for coats.

I used to use a similar style cupboard that was also from home depot when I had room for two of them. One side of it was 4 shelves so used for cubbies and the other side was open and intended for brooms, mops, etc. but hubby put in hooks and that is where we hung coats. I had two so enough for daycare kids as well as my own which was great for stuffing backpacks. They are now in the garage and have things like skates on the shelves and golf clubs in the open side and each child has their own.

I had doors in mind...just so my front entrance doesn't scream 'Home Daycare' 24/7...but this would certainly do the trick...some nice wicker baskets in the cubbies...love it!
