I hate being dismissed/not taken seriously

Pretty much the same here, as the others have said.
I can't turn away every cold, or nobody would be here between Sept and April!
No vomit, or diarreah. But I will watch a fever carefully. No matter what the reason, if the little person can not participate in daycare activities, they cannot be here. I empathize, but that is the way it is.
