    If child is fine for daddy then assume the issue is new place, new routine and let her cry it out till she realizes that she really is fine. I agree that constantly going in only reinforces the if I stay awake she will come back mentality. Good idea to still check on child but not necessary to interact. Just lay down say good night and leave again and only do it once - just enough to assure yourself that child is fine other than crying.
