WHERE ARE ALL THE FREAKIN BABIES GONNA GO WHEN THEY MAKE US FOLLOW RATIO????? poor poor babies. the umber of childen doesn't double when they hit two years old? what about the spots that close down when we are all limited. I doubt opening one spot in all licensed home facilities will equal 6,000, especially if some us have no choice but to close
