Letter for renewal of contract, Change in Policies etc.

Do you have a standard letter that you use when giving out contract renewals etc? What does it say. Anyone willing to share? Thanks so much.

Nope. I just print out the new contract and hand it to each parent and let them know there are changes, please read over and let me know if there are any questions.

I just re-did mine. I let them know at the beginning of December via the monthly newsletter, that an updated contract would be coming at the end of the month. Then I gave it to them on their last day here before holidays and asked that one copy be signed and returned in January if they agreed to it and wanted to stay here. I stuck a sticky note on them highlighting the major changes but asked that they read it thoroughly. So far, no problems! Had a few questions about some of the changes but everyone has agreed to them.

I just redid mine too. I sent them out on the weekend as PDFs attached to an email that highlighted the changes so the parents could read over the changes and new policies. Then yesterday I sent home printed copies so the parents could sign and return to me. No one had any questions on problems and I got all the signed copies back today.
