I have three dogs. My husband has a service dog (Lab), I have a Goldendoodle, and my son who is still at home has a Basset Hound. My parents don't mind the dogs. They know the quality of care I provide is wonderful and put that above dogs in the house. They are mostly separated. We are downstairs and the dogs are upstairs so it's not a huge issue. For someone who has no dog though it would probably seem intimidating. I've been lucky so far. I think it also depends on the parent and child. Allergies are bigger now than 20 years ago so I imagine it does limit a person somewhat when they have animals.

I think I'll go that way.

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
