Dealing with bullies??

HELP!

I have two daycare girls that are siblings, that are consistently bullying my other daycare kids. They grab, hit, push, and are just plain rude.

They are ages 2 & 3.

How can I get them to stop? I'm starting to lose it here...


I have tried time outs, as well as taking away favorite items. Not sure where to go next...But the other daycare kids are UPSET when they come over and don't want to include them in our daily activities.

Lots and lots of shadowing. Sounds like they haven't been taught to play nice so it needs to be taught now. If they are not going to play nice than they don't get to play with each other. Lots of reminders to use "gentle hands", "we don't hurt our friends" and "play nice or the toy will have to go away".
