I've had a parent claim that I didn't give them a receipt. I make them sign now. That way if they ever come back at me and tell them that I didn't give them a receipt, I can show them where they signed that they received it on my copy.

I do that as well Jenn. They initial all payments made and they initial when they get their year end receipt.
