Advise re: Teachers pls

For those that charge more throughout the year... What do you do if the teacher leaves your daycare or you term them?

I'm trying to decide if this option is better than what I do now.

Nothing. Their fee is their fee. It is written in the contract. I just make the contract to reflect that fee as their "normal" fee with a line that also says they are not responsible for payment through the summer.
