Well my problem has been resolved (hopefully) the mom set up an e-payment and SAYS she has it set up until the end of July when her care needs will change. What a relief I know it was not personal she is just somewhat disorganized but that shouldn't be my problem. Thanks for all the advice, I love this forum and knowing I'm not alone in my job
